All items are non-returnable. We do not accept returns.
We only accept exchange for damaged product caused by shipping process. In order to make an exchange, damaged product must be reported within 24 hours from the date and time of product received. We will not entertain any reports made after 24 hours upon receiving of product. We will arrange to re-send the same product in the same form of shipping method originally used for purchase without extra delivery charge. The damaged product must be returned to us in exchange for the replaced product. Shipping charges for the returned product will be paid by us.

If your delivery is rejected / returned due to incorrect delivery address, you will be contacted. However, second delivery charges will be bond by the purchaser or you can choose to pick it up.
